防护服动态防刺性测试标准的研究Study on Dynamic Stab and Puncture Resistance Standards for Protective Clothing

摘要(Abstract)：
近年来国内外暴力恐怖袭击事件不断,尤其在部分禁枪国家和地区,恐怖分子使用刀具等尖锐武器对人民财产安全造成了严重威胁。目前,英、美、中三国都相继颁布了针对抵御刀具穿刺的防护类服装的测试标准,以研究和规范防护服类产品的性能和质量。从测试装置、步骤及质量控制三个方面详细介绍了三国防护服测试标准,综合对比不同标准之间的优缺点,为今后复合材料动态防刺性能测试方法的发展提供思路。
In recent years, there are lots of terrorist attacks which are happened all round the world.Especially in some counties and areas where the gun is forbidden, the safety of citizens and their belongings has been tremendously affected by the threaten coming from knives and some other sharp-tip weapons. The government of USA, UK and China have already published the standards which aim at evaluating and controlling the property and quality of stab resistance body armor. The test standards of the three countries' protective clothing are introduced in detail from the three aspects of testing equipment, steps and quality control. The advantages and disadvantages of these three standards have been discussed in detail for future research in evaluating the stab and puncture resistance properties of fabric reinforced composites.
