摘要(Abstract):

现有部分聚酯车间设计和建设时间较早,装置能耗较高,为了节能降耗,对现有热媒系统进行改造,一是将装置高温回油梯级使用到低温系统;二是改造部分热媒系统为串级使用,停开或降低热媒泵电耗。经过以上一系列改造和优化,有效提高了热能使用效率,减少了装置耗电,从而实现了热媒系统的节能降耗。
The design and construction time of some polyester workshops is earlier and the energy consumption of the plant is high. In order to save energy and reduce consumption, the existing heat medium system is reformed: first, the high temperature oil return cascade of the plant is used to the low temperature system, second, part of the heat medium system will be transformed into cascade use, turn off the heat medium pump or reduce the power consumption of the heat medium pump. After a series of transformation and optimization, the efficiency of heat energy use can be effectively improved and the power consumption of the device can be reduced, so as to realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of the heat medium system.
