氨纶应力松弛性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了更加全面地研究氨纶的应力松弛性能,选用晓星公司生产的两种线密度分别为116 dtex、616 dtex的氨纶丝,通过延长应力松弛时间、改变定伸长率等方法研究应力随时间的变化规律及定伸长率对应力松弛性能的影响。结果表明:当氨纶被拉伸至300%并保持伸长不变的3 h内,氨纶内部应力先急速下降,后平稳下降,最后趋于相对稳态值,下降幅度可忽略不计;当氨纶分别拉伸至伸长率为50%、100%、150%、200%和250%时,3 h后的相对稳定值随着定伸长率的增大而增大,并且伸长率越大,氨纶内部分子链的运动越活跃。
In order to do more comprehensive study of the stress relaxation properties of Spandex,116 dtexand 616 dtex Creora?Spandex are selected and the stress variation with time and influence of elongation onstress relaxation property are studied.The results show that when Spandex is stretched to 300% elongationand kept constant within 3 h,its internal stress first rapid decline,then a steady decline,and finally tend tobe relatively steady state value;when the Spandex is stretched to an elongation of 50%,100%,150%,200%and 250%,relatively stable value after 3 h increases as the constant elongation increases,and the constantelongation the greater,the Spandex inernal movement of the molecular chain actives the more.
