摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)工艺对纺丝油剂的要求,针对油剂调配和使用过程中出现过的问题,总结概括了涤纶FDY油剂在调配及使用过程中存在的一些问题以及应对措施。另外,就做过的一些油剂方面的试验进行对比,来说明选用油剂的一些条件。
The requirements of spinning polyester FDY process on spinning oil were introduced. Aiming at the problems in the process of spinning oil dispensing and using, the problems existing in the preparation and application of polyester FDY spinning oil were summarized. The countermeasures were studied. Besides,comparisons were made between some of experiments on spinning oil, and some conditions of spinning oil agentselectionwereexplained.
