计算机视觉技术在医用棉花异性纤维检测中的应用Application of Computer Vision Technology in Detection of Foreign Fibers in Medical Cotton

摘要(Abstract):
医用棉花中异性纤维的存在会降低治疗效果,对患者的健康造成隐患。传统的人工方式或者检测技术普遍存在可靠性低、费时费力的问题。计算机视觉技术,以其无损、高效的优势,被广泛应用于医用棉花异性纤维的检测工作中。对医用棉花异性纤维检测现状进行了分析,阐述了计算机视觉系统的组成。根据棉花异性纤维检测流程,从图像预处理、图像分割、特征提取和分类识别方面,探究了计算机视觉技术在异性纤维检测过程中的应用,该技术在医用棉花异性纤维检测中有着较好实用性和可靠性。
The presence of foreign fibers in medical cotton will reduce the treatment effect and cause hidden dangers to the health of patients. Traditional manual methods or detection technologies generally have problems of low reliability, time-consuming and labor-intensive. Computer vision technology, with its non-destructive and high-efficiency advantages, is widely used in the detection of foreign fibers in medical cotton.The current situation of foreign fibers detection in medical cotton is analyzed, and the composition of the computer vision system is described. According to the cotton foreign fiber detection process, from the aspects of image preprocessing, image segmentation, feature extraction and classification recognition, the application of computer vision technology in the foreign fiber detection process is explored. This technology has good practicability and reliability in medical cotton foreign fiber detection.
