聚酯固相缩聚进展综述及EcoSphere~(TM)新技术浅析The Progress Review for SSP of PET and Comprehensive Analysis for Novel EcoSphere Process

摘要(Abstract):
随着聚酯(PET)行业对能耗与产品质量的要求越来越高,集成整合了水下结晶造粒以及后段固相缩聚的新型固相缩聚技术——EcoSphere应运而生,且已在国内成功投产。从化学反应以及传递原理的角度对固相缩聚的关键影响因素进行了探讨。与此同时对工业领域中固相缩聚的几种工艺路线做了简述,并将EcoSphere与传统固相缩聚技术从工艺路线、产品性能上进行综合对比,结果表明EcoSphere具有一系列的工艺先进性。最后对EcoSphere的进一步改进做出展望,以期推动PET产业的进步。
The novel solid state polycondensation(SSP) technology of EcoSphere was invented as high desire for quality of PET bottle grade pellet and optimum of energy consumption. What's more, an engineering &practice proven industrial plant was recently well started-up locally and activated in domestic PET market.The key points for PET SSP process from the view of chemical reaction and transport phenomena and try to make some conclusions were discussed. Several industrial scale technology for PET SSP were also introduced, especially for EcoSphere. The process advantage of EcoSphere process was also demonstrated regarding to process conditions, product quality and operation cost compared with traditional SPP. A series of further expectation was also expressed for the sake of continuous development of PET industry.
