二酚类化合物改性PBAT的性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

聚(己二酸丁二醇酯-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)(PBAT)是一种环境友好的可生物降解共聚酯,为了拓宽其应用,使用四种二酚类化合物作为添加剂与PBAT在转矩流变仪中进行熔融共混,研究了不同分子结构的二酚类化合物对PBAT的结晶性能、热稳定性及可加工流动性的影响。结果表明:二酚化合物加入后,PBAT性后PBAT熔点和分解温度略微降低,同时其熔体黏度、储能模量和损耗模量均有所降低。该研究表明:二酚类化合物可有效改善PBAT的成型加工性能,有望拓宽其应用领域。
Poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT) is an environment-friendly biodegradable copolyester.Four diphenolic compounds were used as additives to melt blend with PBAT in a torque rheometer to broaden its application.The crystallinity,thermal stability and rheological properties of PBAT modified by diphenols with different molecular structures were studied.As a result,the crystallization rate and crystallinity of PBAT decreased after the addition of diphenolic compounds,and the degree of inhibition of diphenols with different structures on PBAT was different.After modification,the melting point and decomposition temperature of PBAT were slightly reduced,the melt viscosity,energy storage modulus and loss modulus were all reduced.This study shows that diphenol compounds can effectively improve the molding processability of PBAT,and it is expected to expand its application fields.
