聚乳酸长丝与棉的Sirofil纺纱工艺及拉伸性能Research on the Sirofil Spinning Process and Tensile Properties of PLA Filament-Cotton Blended Yarn

摘要(Abstract):
为了开发可生物降解的聚乳酸(PLA)纤维的纱线产品,将PLA长丝与棉纤维通过Sirofil纺纱技术进行混纺。研究了PLA长丝-棉复合纱线的Sirofil纺纱工艺参数,如混纺质量比、长丝-须条间距、捻度等对纱线拉伸性能的影响关系,得出最优的纺纱工艺为:PLA长丝与棉的混纺质量比为60/40,长丝-须条间距为8 mm,捻度为700 T/m,最终制备出性能优越的PLA长丝-棉复合纱线。
In order to develop new yarn product of biodegradable PLA filament, the PLA filament and cotton fiber were blended using Sirofil spinning technology. The effect of Sirofil spinning parameters, such as blending ratio of PLA filaments and cotton, space between PLA filament and cotton roving, and twist of Sirofil yarn, on the tensile properties of PLA filament-cotton blended yarn was studied. Finally, the optimum Sirofil spinning parameters as follows 60/40 blending ratio, 8 mm space between PLA filament and cotton roving, 700 T/m twist of Sirofil yarn were used. And the PLA filament-cotton blended yarn with excellent performances was made.
