摘要(Abstract)：
作者总结了几年来的生产实践经验,探讨了用喷洒粘合法生产涤纶喷胶棉的工艺条件优化问题。研究了喷粘法对涤纶短纤维及粘合剂的品质指标的要求;粘合剂固化温度与时间的选择及其在成品中的含量,还提出了提高产品膨松度和弹性回复率的途径。
Based on the practical experiences in production for many years that have been summed up, the author investigates the optimization of technological condition of PET nonwovens production made by tspray-bound method; the quality requirements of PET staples and binding agents, the selection of curling time and temperature as well as the content of binding agent in finished goods are explored, he way to increase the bulky and resiliency of product is also rentepsed.
