涤纶细旦仿真丝的生产和研究
PRODUCTION AND INVESTIGATION OF SILK-LIKE POLYESTER FINE FILAMENTS

摘要(Abstract):

对在国产VC406系列设备上生产涤纶细旦丝作了研究。实验指出适当提高熔体温度,选择合适的喷丝板孔径、冷却吹风风速、拉伸温度和交络加工是得到性能较好的涤纶细旦丝的保证,并简单叙述了其仿真丝绸的织造、染整加工工艺,认为我国化纤行业应加强化纤品种及产品结构的研究,并努力实现工业化生产,以达到减少化纤产品及其织物的进口量及满足消费者需求的目的,对引进设备须慎重考虑,努力进行国产设备的改造。
Investigation is carried out at domestic VC 406 series machines on the production of polyester fine filaments, experiments show that properly rising the melt temperature, selecting the suitable-cooling air speed, spinnerette holes and drawing temperature as well as the interlacing process are the guarantee to obtain polyester fine filaments with better performance. A brief description about weaving, dyeing, finising of silk-like fabrics is also made it is considered that man-made fiber industry must strengthen the research on increasing varieties and the modification of product structure also make great efforts to realize their commercial production so as to cut down the import of man-made fiber products, besides a careful consideration must be taken on import of equipments while great effort have to be made to reform the old domestic equipments.
