杂环芳纶毛丝成因研究

摘要(Abstract):

纤维毛丝一方面影响其织造性能,另一方面导致机织物缺陷增多。通过研究芳纶Ⅲ的原材料单体纯度、聚合液过滤器精度、聚合液脱泡时间、纤维凝固浴温度、纺丝导辊粗糙度对纤维毛丝的影响,得到结论:原材料杂质对芳纶Ⅲ毛丝影响显著;聚合液过滤精度越高,纤维毛丝越少;聚合液脱泡时间延长有利于提高纤维毛丝合格率;凝固浴温度太高,对纤维毛丝具有负作用;导辊设备越光滑,对纤维磨损越小,纤维毛丝越少。研究结果对指导纤维生产,提高产品质量具有重要意义。
On the one hand, fiber fuzz affects its weaving performance, on the other hand, it causes more defects in woven fabrics. The influence of the monomer purity of aramid III, the filtration precision of polymer solution filter, deaeration time of polymer solution, the temperature of fiber coagulation bath and the spinning roller roughness on the fiber are studied. It is concluded that the influence of raw material impurities on aramid III filaments is significant; the higher the filtration precision of polymer solution filter, the less the fiber fuzz; the increase of deaeration time of the polymer solution is beneficial to improve the fiber fuzz qualification rate; the too high temperature of coagulation bath has a negative effect on the fiber fuzz; the smoother the roller equipment, the smaller the friction losses of the fiber, the less the fiber fuzz. The research results are of great significance to guide fiber production and improve product quality.
