摘要(Abstract)：
卷绕跳车是涤纶短纤生产中的一种常见故障,诱发的因素很多,造成的熔体消耗量也很大,如何有效控制是生产管理中的一个难点。就诱发因素进行全面分析,取得了较好的控制效果。
Winding abnormal shut-down is a popular default in PET staple production. There are many causes for the high consumption of melt. How to control it effectively is a difficult point in production managenent. This article analyses thoroughly problems and obtains control results.
