棉纤维与太极石聚酯纤维定量分析方法研究Quantitative Analysis for Cotton and Taiji Stone Polyester Fiber Blended Products

摘要(Abstract):
提供了三种新型改性聚酯纤维——太极石聚酯纤维与棉纤维面料定量的方法,即通过采用质量分数20%的HCl(90℃、10 min)、质量分数75%的硫酸(50℃、60 min)以及三氯乙酸/三氯甲烷(常温、15 min)三种溶解方法溶解样品中的棉或者太极石聚酯纤维对样品进行定量。比较三种方法的修正系数、含量偏差、试验效率、试验成本等因素,确定了这三种方法的适用范围和各自优劣。
Three dissolve ways were adopted to research the cotton and Taiji stone polyester fiber blended products based on the GB/T 2910.1—2009. As previous references and data, the cotton can be dissolved in the 20% hydrochloric acid in 90 ℃ for 10 minutes and 75% sulfuric acid in 50 ℃ for 60 minutes. And the Taiji stone polyester fiber can be dissolved in trichloroacetic acid/chloroform solution. The correction facts,content deviations, test efficiency and cost of the three methods were compared, and the scope of application and their advantages and disadvantages were determined.
