摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了熔体直纺110dtex/48fU形FDY的开发过程,探讨了纺丝温度、冷却条件、上油及拉伸工艺对生产的影响。通过合理优化生产工艺,可以生产出优质的110dtex/48fU形FDY长丝。
In this paper, exploitation on U-type PET FDY by melt direct spinning was introduced. The influence of process parameters such as the temperature of spinning, the condition of cooling, spin finish and drawing on production were discussed. The test showed the high quality U-type polyester FDY could be produced by selecting suitable process parameters.
