壳聚糖/离子液体溶液对涤纶织物的整理
Study on Polyester Fabric Finishing with Ionic Liquid-Chitosan

摘要(Abstract):

研究了超声波辅助合成甘氨酸盐酸盐([Gly]C)l离子液体对壳聚糖的溶解性能。在用[Gly]Cl质量分数为4%的离子液体溶液溶解壳聚糖时,壳聚糖溶解量达到质量分数6.6%。用壳聚糖/离子液体溶液对涤纶织物进行后整理,研究了后整理对织物抗静电性能、力学性能、透气透湿性能的影响。结果表明:在一定浓度范围内,随着壳聚糖质量分数的增大,织物的各项性能均有提高。综合考虑,最合适的壳聚糖/[Gly]Cl整理液中,壳聚糖质量分数为1.5%。
Glycine hydrochloride ionic liquid(Cl) was synthesized by using heating reflux and ultra-sonic-assisted method,and the performance of the dissolution to the chitosan was studied.When the concentration of glycine hydrochloride ionic liquid is 4 %,6.6 % of chitosan could be dissolved.The effect of ionic liquid-chitosan finishing on the antistatic performance,mechanical properties,air permeability and moisture permeable performance of polyester fabric was studied.With the increase of chitosan concentration,various performances of the fabric were increased,the optimal concentration of chitosan in chitosan/Cl solution is 1.5 %.
