国际化双防服产品的轻量化研究Research on Lightweight of International Bullet & Stab Proof Vest

摘要(Abstract):
通过胶黏剂配方的优化,突破了防弹、防刺技术瓶颈,研究开发出了新型胶黏剂配方,并根据其特性,设计了合理的织布工艺,结合实弹检测与防刺测试,优化了产品结构,研制出一款满足国际标准中防弹、防刺性能要求的国际化双防服产品,实现了轻量化指标,同时提高了产品稳定性和生产效率,符合个体防护产品轻量化的发展趋势。
Through the optimization of adhesive, the technical bottleneck of bullet & stab proof vest was broken through, and a new adhesive was developed. According to its characteristics, a reasonable weaving process was designed. Combined with ballistic test and stab resistance test, the product structure was optimized, and an international bullet & stab proof vest meeting the requirements of international standards was developed. The lightweight index was realized, and the stability and production efficiency of the product were improved, which was in line with the development trend of lightweight of personal protection products.
