55 dtex/144 f+22 dtex涤氨空包纱一步法生产工艺的探讨

摘要(Abstract):

探讨了在一体机上用一步法生产超细旦多孔55 dtex/144 f+22 dtex涤氨空包纱的工艺。结果表明:通过设置相关工艺参数,产品品质可控,性能指标满足客户要求。试验确定了该种纱线稳定生产时的参数为:涤纶丝的牵伸比约为1.66,上热箱温度约为180℃,D/Y比约为1.65,网络喷嘴采用1.2mm圆孔,网络空气压力控制在0.26 MPa,机台速度为650 m/mim。
The process of producing super fine denier porous 55 dtex/144 f polyester + 22 dtex Spandex wrapped yarn on one-step machine was discussed. The results show that the product quality could be controlled and the performance index could meet the needs of customers by adjusting the relevant parameter settings. The reasonable experimental parameters of stable production of this kind of yarn on the one-step machine are confirmed: the drafting ratio of polyester filament is about 1.66, the temperature of upper heat box is about 180 ℃, the D/Y ratio is about 1.65, the entangling nozzle adopts 1.2 mm round hole, the pressure is controlled at 0.26 MPa, and the machine speed is 680 m/min.
