聚酰胺66装置中常压聚合喷淋系统的改进设计

摘要(Abstract):

针对聚酰胺66连续聚合装置上常压聚合器的气相管道至喷淋冷凝器处容易积料、喷淋效果不佳的现象进行了改造,改进了喷淋装置,增加了刮刀式喷淋冷凝器,改进后取得了较好的效果。
It is easy to accumulate material from the gas phase pipeline of polymerizer to the spray condenser in the continue polymerization device of Nylon 66,and the spray effect is unfavorable for the spray condenser.To solve above two questions,some improvement designs are earried out.In this paper,good results are got through adding scraper spray condenser and improving the spray equipment.
