两种不同热轧黏合方式的非织造产品性能比较
The Performance Comparison of Nonwoven with Two Different Hot Rolling Bonding Methods

摘要(Abstract):

比较了同一纺丝成网工艺,但采取点黏合和面黏合两种不同的热轧固网方式的135 g/㎡和150 g/㎡涤纶非织造材料的外观、厚度、力学性能、热稳定性、空隙率以及透气性,并分析了不同热轧黏合方式对材料性能的影响,对以后进行产品开发、选择工艺有一定的指导意义。
The appearance, thickness, mechanical properties, thermal stability, porosity and permeability of135 g/m2 and 150 g/m2 polyester nonwovens are compared. The polyester nonwovens are made by same spin-ning web forming process, but two different hot rolling bonding methods, one is point bonding and the otheris area bonding. The effects of hot rolling bonding methods on the performance of nonwovens are analyzed,that has certain guiding significance for future product development and process selection.
