香型锦纶的研制The Research and Production of Fragrant Polyamide Fiber

摘要(Abstract)：
选择香精与包接剂的比例为1∶8～9,包接温度(50±5)℃,先制得包接复合物,再造粒得"香母粒"。将"香母粒"与锦纶6切片按1∶20比例混合,进行共混纺丝生产香型锦纶。结果表明:"香母粒"的加入,使共混体系纺丝温度下降;但纤维的力学性能与普通锦纶相近,且香气释放均匀稳定,留香持久,具有良好的耐洗涤性。
Fragrant polyamide fiber was made by the method of fragrant masterbatch.The proportion of essence and inclusion agent for making inclusion compounds was 1:8～9,and the inclusion temperature was 50±5 ℃.Then fragrant masterbatch was produced with the compounds.Fragrant polyamide fiber was made by blend spinning with the proportion of 1:20 Nylon 6 chip and 5 % fragrant masterbatch.The result showed that the spinming temperature of blended system was lowered,tension strength of fiber was equal to common polyamide fiber,fragrance releasing was even,stable and durable,and the fiber had durability to washing by the adding of fragrant masterbatch.
