摘要(Abstract)：

在常规涤纶全牵伸丝(FDY)生产线上,采用异形喷丝板,合理控制聚酯物性指标和纺丝工艺,可以生产出理想的高度仿羊毛的中空卷曲涤纶FDY。成品经过纬编织成高绒织物,再经染整湿热处理和摇粒后整理处理,织物表面丝束卷曲,呈现浪花状美观的立体花样,且具有很好的保暖、仿羊毛手感及外观。
On the existing conventional production line of polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY), the ideal superwool-like hollow crimp polyester FDY is produced with profile spinneret, suitable spinning processes andcontrolled fiber physical properties. The FDY can be woven into high pile fabric through warp knitting andthen the fabric is treated by dyeing, finishing and polar fleecing. Obtained fabric surface fiber is crimpedand three-dimensional pattern. The finished fabric has better thermal preservation, wool-like hand and ap-pearance.
