摘要(Abstract):

针对Lyocell纤维出现的原纤化问题,尝试用氮丙啶基化合物作为Lyocell纤维的交联剂抑制原纤化趋势,试验证明有比较好的抗原纤化能力,并适合在线交联。经过摩擦试验等证明氮丙啶化合物能起到较好的交联作用,提高湿摩擦时间,并且对Lyocell纤维原有的力学性能影响不大。
Based on the presence of Lyocell fibrillation,the aziridine Compound is used as the crosslinking agent of Lyocell to restrain the tendency of Lyocell fibrillation,it is proved that the crosslinking agent has a good antigen ability and is suitable for online crosslinking.The friction experiment and IR experimental are testified that aziridine compound can play a better crosslinking,improve the time of wet rubbing and the mechanical properties of the Lyocell fiber change little.
