提升国内化纤工业技术水平,为行业转型创造条件(一)Enhance the Technology of Domestic Man-Made Fibers Industry and Pave for Industry Transformation and Upgrade

摘要(Abstract):
简要介绍了国内化纤工业的现状,并从改善聚酯熔融过程的经济性,工业用和家饰用化学纤维的生产技术,纤维素资源利用与纤维素纤维技术,生物基聚合物及其纤维技术以及空气网络与空气变形技术等课题,探讨了提高国内化纤生产效率,改善产品品质的可能性。
The current status of domestic man-made fibers sector is briefly introduced. It explores the poten-tiality of increasing the efficiency of the man-made fibers production and improving the product qualitiesfrom the following several aspects, improve melt process for economical polyester production with a reduc-tion of investment and production cost, man-made fibers production for industrial and home textile purpose,cellulose resource utilization and cellulose fibers technology, bio-based polymer and its fibers technologyas well as the air interlacing and air texturing, etc.
