167dtex/84f超亮光三角异形涤纶生产工艺探讨
Study on the Technology of 167dtex/84f Super Bright Triangular Profile Polyester Fiber

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了167 dtex/84 f超亮光涤纶FDY三角异形纤维的生产工艺,通过对喷丝板设计、缓冷区高度、冷却过程、拉伸工艺等条件进行试验,得出最佳生产工艺条件。结果表明:在纺丝温度291℃,冷却风温度21.5℃、风速1.90 m/s,GR1温度94℃、速度1 650 m/s,GR2温度134℃,卷绕速度4 400 m/s的工艺条件下,生产的超亮光三角异形FDY的强度为4.21 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为36.8%,异形度30%。
The production process of 167 dtex/84 f super bright triangular profiled polyester FDY is introduced. The optimum production process conditions are obtained by testing the spinneret design, the height of slow cooling zone, the cooling process and the drawing process. The results show that under the conditions of spinning temperature of 291 ℃, cold air temperature of 21.5 ℃, wind speed of 1.90 m/s, GR1 temperature of 94 ℃, speed of 1 650 m/s, GR2 temperature of 134 ℃, and wind speed of 4 400 m/s, the strength of super bright triangular FDY is 4.21 cN/dtex, elongation at break is 36.8%, profile is 30%.
