介绍了用于打印机色带的44dtex/34f尼龙66全拉伸(FDY)的生产技术。对切片干燥、箱体结构、纺丝、冷却工艺进行了详细的讨论。指出切片干燥后含水率要小于5×10-4,纺丝箱体必须要可分解、拆卸,侧吹风采用内环吹冷却装置。
The process for the production of PA66 FDY was introduced. The chip drying, spinning, cooling were discussed in detail.
