摘要(Abstract):
竹炭母粒通过干燥、螺杆挤压熔融、注射泵计量进入熔体管道,与聚酯熔体一起进入高效球穴型动态混合搅拌装置,混合均匀后熔体输送至纺丝箱体进行计量纺丝。研究了纺丝工艺条件对竹炭涤纶预取向丝的物理性能的影响,结果表明:竹炭母粒含水率小于0.004%,动态混合器转速35 r/min,纺丝温度283~285℃,环吹风风压28 Pa,环吹风风温20~22℃,无风区高度50 mm,纺丝速度2 560 m/min时,生产稳定,产品物理指标性能较好,满足后道加弹要求。
By drying, screw extrusion melt, injection pump measurement into the melt pipes, bamboo char-coal master batch is mixed with polyester melt into the efficient mixing hole type dynamic mixing device,then the modified polyester melt is transferred to measure spinning box. The influence of spinning processconditions on the physical properties of the bamboo charcoal polyester pre-oriented yarn is studied. Resultsshow when the moisture content of the bamboo charcoal master batch is less than 0.004%, dynamic mixerspeed is 35 r/min, spinning temperature is 283~285 ℃, ring blowing wind pressure is 28 Pa, ring blowingwind temperature is 20~22 ℃, no wind zone height is 50 mm, the spinning speed is 2 560 m/min, the pro-duction has good performance, which meet the requirements of the draw texturing process.
