化纤生产线中原料智能化精准配料及投料系统改进研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了杭州兴奥环保科技有限公司在化纤生产线上智能精准配料系统和智能稳定投料系统的工艺设计方法、思路和实施效果。该系统智能化程度高,控制精度高,一站式解决了上料、仓储、配料、混料、投料。全智能在线式称重精准配料,保证了产品质量的高稳定性;实时在线配方控制,降低了材料浪费,实现了智能化数据管理。此外,该系统还降低了劳动强度,提高了产品质量,使生产更加平稳。
The process design method, the thought and implementing effect of intelligent precise batching system and the automatic stable feeding system of Hangzhou Cinau Environmental Technology Co. Ltd were introduced. The system possessed the high degree of automation, and it has very intelligent and good control accuracy, therefore it realized the one-stop solution from feeding, storage, ingredient, mixing and feeding.Most importantly, fully intelligent and automatic on-line weighing precise ingredient ensured the high stability of product quality, and real-time on-line formulation control reduced material waste to realize the intelligent data management. In addition, the system reduced labor intensity, improves product quality and makes production more stable.
