喷胶量对玻璃钢力学性能的损失测试及分析

摘要(Abstract):

风电叶片生产过程中不可避免地会使用到喷胶,其主要作用是固定玻纤布的位置。喷胶量的多少将影响复合材料的力学性能和疲劳寿命。通过测试和分析,建立了玻璃钢疲劳寿命与喷胶量的关系方程。该方程表明,同一应力峰值下,每平方米玻纤布表面的喷胶量每增加1 g,玻璃钢的对数疲劳寿命将下降4.28%。
It is inevitable to use spray glue in the production of wind power blades. It's main function is to fix the position of fiberglass fabric. The amount of spray glue will affect the mechanical properties and fatigue life of the composite. Through testing and analysis, the relationship equation between fatigue life and spray glue amount is established. The equation shows that under the same stress level, the fatigue life of fiberglass will decrease by 4.28% if increasing one gram spray glue on the one square meter of fiberglass surface.
