摘要(Abstract):
针对聚酯熔体直纺装置设备特点和目前现状,为了杜绝熔体热量对周边设备运行寿命和人员操作造成的不利影响以及能源的浪费,分析了聚酯熔体输送过程的热能来源,并进行了热能核算,探讨了热能综合节能利用技术及相关应用。实践证明,热能节能可回收装置的设计和改造,可以有效收集熔体输送过程产生的热能,持续不断地向下游用户提供热能,降低了煤炭、天然气等化石能源的消耗和碳排量,实现了能源综合节能利用,经济效益显著。
According to the characteristics and current status of polyester melt direct spinning equipment,in order to eliminate the adverse impact of melt heat on the operating life of peripheral equipment and personnel operation,and the energy waste,the heat energy source of polyester melt transportation process was analyzed and calculated,the comprehensive energy-saving utilization technology of heat energy and related applications were discussed.Practice has proved that the design and transformation of the heat energy-saving and recyclable device can effectively collect the heat energy generated in the melt transportation process,continuously provide heat energy to downstream users,reduce the consumption and carbon emission of coal,natural gas and other fossil energy,realize the comprehensive energy-saving utilization of energy,and achieve remarkable economic benefits.
