网络在加弹丝生产过程中的研究与利用

摘要(Abstract):

阳/涤复合拉伸变形丝(DTY)网络度对纤度、断裂强度、断裂伸长率以及织物风格有较大的影响。使用TMT-ATF1500 FOUR型加弹机将85 dtex/72 f阳离子预取向丝(POY)和89 dtex/72 f半消光POY复合,生产出111 dtex/144 f阳/涤复合DTY;并通过改变网络气压,生产毛丝较少的DTY丝筒和风格多样的DTY织物。
The network degree has great influence on the titer, extensibility at break, break strength of cationic dyeable polyester/polyester composite draw textured yarn(DTY) and fabric style. The 111 dtex/144 f cationic dyeable polyester/polyester composite DTY was plied from 85 dtex/72 f cationic pre-oriented yarn(POY) and 89 dtex/72 f semi-dimming POY by TMT-ATF 1500 FOUR textured machine. By changing the air pressure of the network, the DTY filament bobbin with less broken filament and the DTY fabrics with various styles were produced.
