摘要(Abstract):
介绍了尼龙66纺丝工艺对工业丝物理性能如线密度、强力、定负荷伸长率的影响。通过调整纺丝黏度、纺丝拉伸比、卷绕张力、拉伸辊温度等可以对尼龙66工业丝物理性能的稳定起到很重要的作用,尤其是可以使其均匀性提高,三项主要物性指标工序能力控制指数(CPK)达到1级以上。
The effects of spinning process on linear density, tenacity and elongation of Nylon 66 technical yarn were described. The stability of Nylon 66 technical yarn properties was obtained by adjusting of spinning viscosity, draw ratio, take-up tension and godet temperature. The CPK index of 1.33 was achieved.
