摘要(Abstract)：

就影响锦纶66浸胶帘子布布头、布尾收缩的原因进行了分析,从机头布使用的原材料、织布、缝纫方法等方面入手,通过增加机头布纬密、使用新型机头布纱以及使用超低收缩缝纫线及缩水垫布等找到了解决锦纶66浸胶帘子布布头、布尾收缩的有效方法,实现了浸胶帘子布布头、布尾处幅宽同帘布主体幅宽基本一致的目标,杜绝了浸胶帘子布布头、布尾收缩而引起的近木轴处帘布卷姿不良、边劈等问题。锦纶66浸胶帘子布外观质量得到进一步提高,最大程度地满足了客户的质量要求。
The influences of polyamide 66 dipped tire cord fabric's shrinkage are analyzed.From the using of raw materials,weaving,sewing method and other aspects,increasing the head cloth weft density,using new kind of head cloth yarn and using super low shrinkage sewing thread and shrink placemat,the solutions are found to solve the shrinkage of polyamide 66 dipped tire cord fabric,almost the same width of a curtain theme is achieved,the volume bad posture and side split are solved.The appearance quality of polyamide66 dipped tire cord fabric has been further improved,and the products are satisfied the customer's quality requirements.
