摘要(Abstract)：
文章首先介绍了日本O-M公司牵切成条机的组成部分吊顶纱架、机台纱架、预拉伸区、热拉伸区、牵切区中的加压系统,拉伸倍数,牵切区,松弛与卷曲传动装置及安全保护装置等结构特点及其调节与操作。接着介绍工艺设计及试车情况,并将试制成品与日本O-M公司提供的各种牵切丝束进行比较。最后介绍了在生产过程中常见的问题及其处理方法。
Structural features and manipulation of main parts in tow-to-top machine made by O-M Co.Ltd. Japan are described including the advanced automatic controlled pressure system and safety protective devices. The technological design and trial run of this machine are introduced, its products are also compared with those provided by O-M Co., the general difficulties occured in processing and trea-tments for them are introduced as well.
