Viloft纤维针刺保暖絮片的开发与性能测试The Development and Performance Testing of Viloft Needled Warm Flocculate

摘要(Abstract):
为满足人体抵御寒冷的要求,克服传统保暖材料较笨重的特点,将Viloft纤维经过混合、开松、梳理、成网、铺网、预针刺加固等工序,制成非织造保暖絮片,并与黏胶纤维保暖絮片进行了对比。试验设置了3组针刺密度,依次为70、100、130刺/cm2,针刺深度均为8 mm,面密度200 g/m2左右。对絮片的厚度、面密度、透气性、强力、蓬松度、保温率等性能进行了测试,对比了不同规格之间的性能差异。分析数据表明:Viloft保暖絮片更具有优势,在今后的应用中将具有更好的发展前景。
In order to meet the requirements of human body for heat and overcome the heavier characteristicof traditional thermal materials, the Viloft fiber is processed through blending, opening, carding, web form-ing, cross lapping, pre-needling to make nonwoven thermal flocculate. The flocculate is compared with theflocculate of viscose rayon fiber. The experiments set up three groups of needling density, that is 70, 100 and 130 needles/cm2, needling depth with 8 mm, flocculate weight about 250 g/m2. The flocculate thickness,weight, air permeability, strength, bulkiness and heat preservation rate are tested. The performances arecompared between different specifications. The analysis shows that the Viloft thermal flocculate has moreadvantages and will have better development in future applications.
