摘要(Abstract):
通过对初选的阻燃剂从多方面进行研究、筛选 ,优选出了一种适宜的Br -N -Sb协同高效阻燃体系 ,即溴代芳族酰亚胺 /表面处理的纳米Sb2 O3。确定了该阻燃体系与PAN/NaSCN水溶液共混配制阻燃纺丝原液的较佳工艺条件 ,以及相应共混阻燃扁平腈纶的适宜纺制工艺 ,并纺制出了具有良好阻燃性 (LOI 2 7.5 )和物理机械性能的共混阻燃扁平腈纶。
A suitable Br-N-Sb synergistic high-effective flame-retardant system, namely a compound containing Br and N elements/surface-modified nanometric antimony trioxide, is selected from 10 kinds of flame retardants. The optimum technological conditions for the blend of the flame-retardant system with PAN/NaSCN-H 2O solution and the preparation of corresponding flame-retardant flat PAN fiber are given. The results show that the obtained flame-retardant flat PAN fiber possesses good flame retardancy and mechanical properties.
