凝胶色谱的双标样定标法

摘要(Abstract):

凝胶色谱双标样定标方法的关键是迭代变量的选择。本文直接利用凝胶色谱定标曲线的线性部分方程:logM=C_1-C_2t_r和平均保留时间的概念,推导出了双标样定标的一个新的、简单直观的、逼近真值的、收敛速度快的迭代变量。并通过聚苯乙烯—甲苯、腈纶—二甲基甲酰胺和涤纶—间甲酚等三体系标样的实验,借助计算机进行运算。其结果表明,和Szev(?)zyk迭代变量所得定标直线方程系数C_1和C_2相同。而且提高了凝胶色谱定标的精度,及测定结果的可比性。这使生产单位有可能应用凝胶色谱来监测聚合体的质量。
The key point of calibration method in GPC is the selection of iteration variables, adopting the equation of linear part of calibration curve: logM=C1-C2tr and conception of average retention time, a new, simple, quick convergent iteration variable in dual standard calibration process which approaching the true value is derived out, Experiments of three standard-solvent systems of PSt-to-luene, PAN-DMA, PET-cresol is carried out and the result is calculated by means of computer, it shows that the linear calibration constant C, and C2 are just the same as those obtained from Sze-wczyk's iteration variable, in addition, the precision of calibration and the comparability of determinated results are also improved, thus us-ng GPC to monitor the quality of products can be realised in production plants.
