大容量、多孔细旦熔纺喷丝板微孔间距的设计
A DESIGN FOR THE INTERVAL OF HIGH DENSITIVE AND MICROFIBER MELT SPINNING SPINNERET ORIFICES

摘要(Abstract):

运用化工传递理论剖析了丝条固化成形中同板单纤间冷却条件差异形成的原因,提出保证丝条冷却成形均匀稳定的必要条件,从理论上推导出熔纺喷丝板合理孔排列间距的数学模型,并就涤纶、锦纶、丙纶纺丝用喷丝板合理孔排列间距提出了设计依据.
Using the chemical engineering transferring theory,the reasons for different cooling effects obtarined by single filament on the same spinneret in its solidification were analysed. Some necessary conditions which can ensure for the filaments homo-geneous and stable solidification were put forward. A mathematical model for proper arrangement of the melt spinneret orifices was deducted and the design rule for the proper interval between spinneret orifices for PET,PA and PP spinning was suggest-ed.
