基于响应面法的PBO纤维分散优化工艺探讨

摘要(Abstract):

为了使聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)纤维在悬浮液中具有较好的分散性能,采用响应面法对分散工艺中的悬浮液pH值、PBO浆粕在整个纤维中的质量占比以及分散剂质量分数3个参数进行优化。结果表明,得到的二次回归方程模型显著,并且拟合性好。各因素对响应值分散度的影响顺序依次为:浆粕占比>pH值>分散剂质量分数。以PBO纤维在悬浮液中的分散度最佳为原则,得到优化工艺条件为:pH值3,浆粕占比30%,分散剂质量分数为0.006%。
In order to improve the dispersion performance of poly p-phenylene benzodioxazole(PBO) fiber in suspension, response surface method was used to optimize the suspension pH value, the mass proportion of PBO pulp in the whole fiber and the mass fraction of dispersant. The results show that the quadratic regression equation model is significant and has good fitting. The effects of all factors on the dispersion of response values were as follows: pulp proportion >pH value> the mass fraction of dispersant. Based on the principle of optimal dispersion of PBO fiber in suspension, the optimized process conditions were as follows:pH value 3, pulp proportion 30% and mass fraction of dispersant 0.006%.
