POY-DT路线生产涤纶仿丝型长丝的工艺探讨POY-DT TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCING PET SILK-LIKE FILAMENTS

摘要(Abstract)：
介绍利用自制高速纺丝机,选用POY-DT工艺路线,纺制涤纶仿丝型长丝的生产工艺,其中对喷丝组件的结构、纺丝速度与温度、上油喷嘴选型、油轮给油、拉伸速度与温度、拉伸倍率及热定型工艺等作了较为详尽的探讨。
POY-DT technology for producing PET silk-like filaments using self-made high speed spinning machine is introduced, in which the construction of spinning pack, speed and temperature of spinning, type of finishing nozzle, finishing by kiss roll, speed and temperature of drawing as well as the draw ratio and heat setting etc. are investigated in detail.
