摘要(Abstract)：
为生产高卷曲收缩率的116 dtex/36 f锦纶6合股弹力丝，对生产速度、牵伸比、D/Y、摩擦片组合、热箱温度、上油率等加弹工艺进行了优化，并推出实用性强，且准确有效、方便快捷的检验、评价卷曲收缩率的简便方法，优化工艺后生产的116 dtex/36 f锦纶6合股弹力丝的卷曲收缩率为56%～60%，达到快、高收缩特征的预期效果，很好地满足了客户的需求。
In order to produce 116 dtex/36 f polyamide 6 ply stretch yarn with high crimp shrinkage, the production speed, drafting ratio, D/Y, friction plate combination, hot box temperature, oil rate and other elastic processes were optimized, and a simple and practical, accurate, effective, convenient and quick method for testing and evaluating crimp shrinkage was developed. The crimp shrinkage rate of 116 dtex/36 f polyamide 6 ply stretch yarn produced by optimizing the process is 56%～60%, which achieves the expected effect of fast and high shrinkage, and well meets the needs of customers.
