在常规涤纶短纤维生产线上开发6.67dtex中空纤维
The Development of 6.67 dtex Polyester Hollow Staple Fiber on the Conventional Production Line

摘要(Abstract):

在普通棉型涤纶短纤维生产线上,通过设计专用中空喷丝板,适当改造环吹冷却、打包系统,增设中空纤维专用松弛热定形设备,成功生产出6.67 dtex中空涤纶短纤维,并探讨了其生产工艺。结果表明:选择纺丝温度286~288℃、环吹风温度19~21℃、环吹风速度3.4~3.5 m/s、拉伸倍数3.0倍、拉伸温度85~90℃,生产的6.67 dtex中空涤纶短纤维的中空度可达30%~35%,产品质量满足后道用户要求。
The 6.67 dtex polyester hollow staple fiber was produced on the conventional production line withspecial designed hollow spinnerette, proper modified quenching system and bailing press and adding spe-cial thermosetting equipment. The production process of the fiber was discussed. The results showed thatthe 6.67 dtex hollow staple fiber with hollowness degree of 30 %~35 % was produced at the conditions ofspinning temperature 286~288 ℃, quenching temperature 19~21 ℃ and air velocity 3.4~3.5 m/s, draw ratio3.0 and drawing temperature 85~90 ℃. The quality index of the finished product was up to the require-ments of down stream customers.
