摘要(Abstract)：
探索了利用常规锦纶一步法设备开发八头纺锦纶6中低旦工业丝的生产技术,通过对喷丝板、卷绕头槽辊、上油附件、导丝器等设备进行改造,并对纺丝温度、冷却条件、热辊温度、绕丝道数及卷绕角等工艺参数进行优化,生产出了品质较好的锦纶6中低旦工业丝。
The production technology of eight ends spun nylon 6 medium-low denier industrial yarn by nylon conventional one step spinning equipment is discussed.With the modification of spinneret,grooved roller of winder,finish applicator,yarn guide and optimization of spinning temperature,cooling condition,godet temperature,wraps and winding angle,the good quality nylon 6 medium-low denier industrial yarn is produced.
