油毡基布专用涤纶短纤维的开发和结构性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

根据油毛毡基布的生产工艺和技术指标确定涤纶短纤维的质量指标。分析了纺丝速度、拉伸倍数、拉伸机蒸汽压力、定形机蒸汽压力对纤维结构和性能的影响,并研究了纤维的超分子结构,成功开发出适应油毡基布用途的专用涤纶短纤维。
The quality index of PET staple fiber was defined according to production process and technical parameters of roofing felt. The influence of spinning speed, draw ratio, steam pressure of stretcher and steam pressure of stenter on fiber structure and properties was analyzed. The supermolecular structure of the fiber was investigated and the PET staple fiber for roofing felt was developed successfully.
