摘要(Abstract)：
本文对仿真丝织物用的涤纶细旦变形丝的POY和DTY加工技术进行了探讨。通过理论分析和实验证明,加工最终总纤度55dtex以下,单丝纤度1.11～1.65dteX的DTY,采用现有设备和适当选择工艺条件是可行的。
The POY and DTY processing techniques of PET fine denier textured yarn for making silk-like fabrics are explored, through theoretical analysis and expreiments it is proved that by using existing equipments and spinnerets with 0.28 mm diameter holes, DTY with monofilament denier 1.11-1.45 dtex and yarn denier below 55dtex can be processed satisfactorily.
