水溶性PVA纤维及其制法
WATER SOLUBLE PVA FIBER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHODS

摘要(Abstract):

水溶性纤维是一种很有价值的功能性差别化纤维,具有广泛的用途。迄今为止,水溶性纤维还只能用PVA制造。本文介绍了水溶性PVA纤维的技术特性和制造方法。在比较分析的基础上论证了干法工艺的优越性。鉴于PVA纤维的结构和性能,开发产业应用领域,特别是其中水溶性和亲水性应用,是一种必然的趋势。这对维纶工业的发展是非常必要的,必须尽快付诸实施。
Water soluble fiber is one of those valuable functional differential fibers which has wide area of application, so far it can be made only from PVA, in t is paper the technical specifications and manufacturing methods are introduced. On the basis of comparision in technology and economics it is concluded that the dry-spinning process is superior to the wet and much attention should be paid to the develapment of the former, the exploitation of the industrial application of PVA fiber, especially on the water soluble and high hydrophilic behavior is a current trend, hence it is necessary to the development of PVA fiber industry and must put them into effect as soon as possible
