摘要(Abstract)：

利用双螺杆挤出机,采用特殊分散剂并选用适合于锦纶6的着色剂,研制和生产锦纶6高浓缩色母粒.讨论了分散剂的种类、配比及生产设备和工艺对产品质量的影响.研制和生产的锦纶6色母粒应用于锦纶6纺前着色,具有添加量小、无污染、可纺性佳等优点,经用户使用,效果良好.
Using special dispen medium, the master batches for polyamide 6 were produced on the twin - screw extruder. The mechanism and the effect of the A - 2 dispenser were discussed. The filter value (DF) of the master batches is less than 0.2MPa. cm2/g that results in excellent spinnability. With good quality and easy dye while no environment pollution, the master batches for polyamide 6 is welcomed by the customers.
