蚕蛹蛋白黏胶长丝的阳离子改性及其染色性能

摘要(Abstract):

针对蚕蛹蛋白黏胶长丝纤维(又称波特丝)不易漂白和染浅色性能差的问题,用自制阳离子改性剂HL对其进行阳离子改性,应用红外光谱分析改性前后波特丝的结构变化,探讨波特丝的改性机制,对阳离子改性后波特丝的双氧水漂白特性和活性染料无盐染色性能进行了探讨。结果表明:波特丝经改性后,纤维的漂白白度有所下降,但影响不大,且改性后纤维断裂强力、断裂伸长率和断裂功下降也不明显,表明改性与漂白可以同浴进行。波特丝改性后,活性染料在波特丝上的染色不需要加盐就可得到较好的上染率和固色率,并适用于不同的活性染料。
As to the problem of poor bleaching and dyeing properties of potter silk fiber,a special quaternary ammonium salt was used as cationic modifier to treat potter silk.With the help of infrared spectral the structural change of modified potter silk fiber was analyzed,and the modification mechanism of potter silk was discussed.By single factor experiment,the modification and bleaching processes of potter silk was optimized.The results showed after modification,the negligible reduction was found in bleaching whiteness,strength tenacity,elongation at break and fracture power of potter silk,the bleacking and modification could be carried out in one bath.The fiber was obtained good dyeing uptake and colour fixation without adding salt in dyeing and different active dyes could be used.
