熔体直纺无油丝中二乙二醇含量波动的成因分析

摘要(Abstract):

为实现稳定控制无油丝中二乙二醇(DEG)含量,基于公司日产量1 000 t聚合纺丝生产线,通过控制单一变量来寻找出各工艺参数最优指标。试验发现,对苯二甲酸粒径大小、原料物质的量比、酯化釜的液位高低、酯化反应温度、乙二醇蒸汽压力、搅拌桨速率、二氧化钛和乙二醇锑在线添加位置和方式等都对无油丝中DEG含量波动有较大的影响。
In order to stably control the content of diethylene glycol(DEG) in oil-free flament, based on the production line of polymerization spinning with a daily output of 1 000 t, the optimal parameters of each process were found by controlling a single variable. It is found that the particle size of terephthalic acid, the molar ratio of raw materials, the level of esterification reactor, the temperature of esterification reaction, the steam pressure of ethylene glycol, the rate of stirring rotor, the position and method of online addition of titanium dioxide and ethylene glycol antimony have great influence on the fluctuation of DEG content in oilfree filament.
