环己酮装置精馏工序节能降耗浅析A Brief Analysis about Energy Saving and Consumption Reducing in Cyclohexanone Distillation Process

摘要(Abstract):
浅析了影响环己酮装置精馏工序能耗、物耗的主要因素,针对性地提出一系列的优化控制方案,包括控制回流比、改变进料状态、优化多塔分离序列、提高工艺管理水平等,实现节约蒸汽1.94 t/h,每吨酮降低循环水量35.7 t;通过增开轻二塔回收轻质油中的环己酮,装置每吨酮的物耗(苯耗)能降低12 kg,年创效可达670万元。通过对新技术以及新设备的应用现状和趋势的分析,结合车间生产实际,提出将轻塔气相给酮一塔再沸器进行加热,即采用双效精馏以及对轻塔更换高效规整填料等改造方案,有望更大程度节约蒸汽和循环水,降低消耗。
The main factors which affecting the process of cyclohexanone distillation unit energy and material consumption were analyzed,and a series of targeted solutions to optimize control was proposed,including control reflux ratio,change in feeding state,multi-tower separation sequence optimization,improve process management level to achieve savings of steam 1.94 t/h,reducing the circulating water35.7 t/t cyclohexanone;through to operation old distillation tower and recycle cyclohexanone in light oil,the material consumption(benzene consumption) of device could reduce 12 kg/t cyclohexanone,gain 6.7million yuan.Through new technology and new equipment application status and trends,combined with actual production workshop,a method of vapor light tower reboiler heating was given which used doubleeffect distillation and efficient replacement for the light tower and other rehabilitation programs structured packing,it was expected to save a greater degree steam and water circulation,reduce consumption.
