涤纶表面亲水改性研究进展
Research Progress on Hydrophilic Modification of Polyester Surface

摘要(Abstract):

探讨了涤纶织物表面亲水改性方法的研究现状。详细综述了表面形态结构的物理改性、化学改性、表面接枝改性、复合整理法等目前主要的表面亲水改性方法,并分别介绍这些方法主要研究进展及其优缺点。认为:涤纶表面亲水改性是涤纶表面功能性整理的一部分;在不影响涤纶原有的性能下,低成本、无污染且耐久性好和设备要求低等特点将是最为理想的工业化生产方式。
The research status of hydrophilic modification methods of polyester fabric surface is discussed.The current main surface hydrophilic modification methods such as physical modification of surface morphology structure, chemical modification of surface morphology structure, surface grafting modification, and composite finishing method are reviewed in detail, and the main research progress of these methods and their advantages and disadvantages are respectively introduced. It is believed that the hydrophilic modification of polyester surface is part of the functional finishing of polyester surface. Without affecting the original performance of polyester, low cost, non-polluting, good durability and low equipment requirements will be the most ideal industrial production method.
